Based on TAIDEN’s originated MCA-STREAM digital processing and transmitting technology, HCS-4838RD/2M Fully Digital Congress System Delegate Unit revolutionizes conference systems by integrating fully digital technology and network technology with audio technology.
HCS-4838RD/2M Fully Digital Congress System Delegate Unit features a built-in high-performance CPU. It has a hypercardioid uni-directional electret condenser microphone with bi-color illuminated ring and can be set as a VIP unit via the software, suitable for meeting rooms and conference centers of various sizes.

- Hi-Fi loudspeaker with minimal feedback, mutes automatically when microphone is active
- Rectangular columnar microphone, the pitching angle of the microphone is adjustable, range : -35° ~ +50°
- Supporting 48 kHz audio sampling rate; frequency response: 20Hz ~ 20kHz
- Braille is present for physical buttons
- Gain and EQ (5 band) of each microphone adjustable separately, fitting the individual orator’s voice to achieve perfect speech pickup any time
- Integrated high-pass filter (low-cut switch) to remove low frequency elements from the audio when needed
- Activation at any time (when the amount of active microphones in the system is less than 8)
- VIP unit configurable:
By using HCS-4800 application software, the delegate unit can be set as a VIP unit
VIP unit can be activated in any mode freely, as long as the total number of active microphones does not exceeded 8 (including chairman / delegate / VIP)
